Pointless article. Expose all the people who were interviewed? And on what grounds would this information be considered public records, organizations receiving government funds? I found the article a little hard to follow and not well written.

Looks we did well in the end. The comments section for this article just blast ESPN. Everyone knows they are trying to destroy the BEast at this point.

Honestly the Big East schools should get the boosters to hire a PI to keep tabs on ESPN and uncover their unethical practices. ESPN ought to be exposed on Wikileaks. I can only imagine the fall out.

Agreed Gismo. At some point ESPN will cross the line from unethical into illegal and the Big east needs to be able to catch them out.

Razor's edge. High priced attorneys who's only job is to make sure the company rides the razor's edge.

just watched a segment on ESPN to where Kirk and couple of other dbags just bashed the BE; said we are just hanging on and no one respects us... basically they blew Louisville and then picked Pitt to win it all... they literally laughed at us at the end of the segment saying that they could not identify any of the teams coming in next year

They picked Pitt only because their other hand picked team, Syracuse, is not very good.

I would love Kirk Herbstreit on NBCs coverage starting next year!

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
