The Rocky's Rascals Club, only $15 per year, has tons of membership benefits that include: free admission to more than 200 USF Athletics events per year; a Rocky's Rascals T-shirt and game day VIP pass; a pregame tailgate to one fall and one spring event; an exclusive meet and greet with USF student-athletes and a tour of USF's facilities. My kids aren't under 4 anymore and require a ticket. I'd like to free up a couple of game tickets for grandparents and friends.

I found it online for 2010... but can't find the 2012 for some reason. I called Andy Morris at USF to get more info.

They are no longer giving away 2 free games. Now, they are going to send an email to each of Rocky's members during each week of the season. They will be allowed to buy up to 4 tickets at $10 each for that week's game. Seats will all be in the same 300 level section so that its a family friendly event. I kinda like that idea better.
