I don't think that many FSU fans will be buying a $75 season ticket just to go to the FSU game.

Single game tix to an fsu game are over $50 so why would they not pay $75 for one away game? That is a deal for them. Buy the season tix for 75 sell the rest for 15 bam done deal.

Plus they don't have to pay gas or lodging to go to Tallahassee.... it's a no brainer.

This might be a bad deal for USF... sure they might get the season ticket money from the FSU fans in Tampa, but these fans will not go to any other games, thus we will have a ton of empty seats but will reflect that our season ticket sales went up.

Not that bad of a deal, USF got the money, won't make any more money off them.

Depends. The idea of a $75 ticket is probably to get people in the system and renew them next year at a higher rate.

Is this really likely? for one game?

Co worker who is a huge FSU fan bought 8!!! all going to his FSU friends... he saw it as being cheaper then trying to hunt for 8 together on stub hub...

Since asking this, I have heard of several more cases where FSU fans have bought season tickets. This kinda sucks.
