Not true...our 150 recruit was Terrance Mitchell and Victor Marc played in the under armour game

He was in the UA game with Marc, pretty sure he was 150 but I cant find anything.

He was a UA HS All-American, but wasn't a top 150 player. Only Ryne Giddins was in 2009.

The confusion stems from the fact that when he gave us a verbal he was on the ESPN 150 WATCH list. As the season progressed, like so many others on that watch list, he didn't make the final ESPN 150 cut.

BTW, I'm pretty sure that he will be allowed to continue at USF on a medical scholarship, the way other injured players have done. By doing that, he is not counted towards the 85 scholarships for football.

Glad that he went ahead and made the decision. Real class move. Now we can use the roster spot relatively early in the recruiting cycle. Good luck Ricardo, glad to hear your are going to continue with your academic endeavors. Hope you fell better too, Not having to train daily will likely help a lot on your road to recovery.

Tough luck for Mr Dixon. He had some lofty expectations when he came in. I'm glad he had the courage and smarts to step away and not get even more banged up. Thanks for giving it a go and now go get your degree. It should seem like a breeze not having to spend 40+ hours a week working on football.

Hey Redfisher... I don't consider giving up three years of your life for USF football as "doing nothing". If he wasn't starting, he was working on the field pushing the starter in front of him to squeeze every ounce of potential out of him... No one wants to sit the bench on Saturday after pouring the hours into practice. Maybe a simple good luck with your future endeavors would have been more appropriate.

Couldn't have said it better Sheriff. I feel for the kid, any athlete that has to go through one major surgery let alone multiple knows how hard it is just to get through rehab alone, then its an uphill climb to try and get back to your playing level.
