They won't get kicked out of the ACC and they won't get the death penalty. Miami is too much of a money maker for both the NCAA and ESPN. I can't stand the NCAA, they are spineless.

How many times has miami been so close death penalty? They almost got shut down in the 80s. I would love to see them go down! But alas they are too connected. **** must feel good to be a gangsta. :FIREdevil:

They probably won't get death penalty but they need to get hit hard. This is the third (maybe fourth) recruiting violation the last decade. It is obvious at this point that Miami does not learn from past mistakes. Perhaps they should be forced to play at the FCS level for 5 - 10 years, and then requalify for FBS. Maybe that might get the idea to the boosters, alumni, and adminstration that these violations have to stop. I'm not going to hold my breath on that one happening.

Have you ever seen anyone admit to it, when the school can get into so much trouble?

The only way this school can compete is to cheat. They probably have been doing it for years that is why they one 5 NC's.

Haven't read much about this, but I find it hard to believe Golden would knowingly commit a violation as one of his first official acts as a coach.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
