They don't really need hounds on all those trails. Just a few manning the phones to receive calls from fans of other teams reporting potential violations ... and trust me, this board is heavily monitored in that regard. Again, we're really just talking about the scenario that started all this discussion ... A recruit coming on this board to announce his commitment and you wouldn't need a hound for that .... but the likelihood of that happening is pretty low. It was as you stated above coaches fabricated a story for the purpose of stopping him from playing. The state and county investigated it took forever but was cleared in the end.
