Nice to hear that Lou Holtz was in attendance in addition to a "slew" of local recruits. Not good to hear that Eveld started off where he left off....with interceptions. On the optimistic side, it is very early and the first Spring scrimmage.

Cool notes. Wouldn't take anything as worrisome or excitable from this, other than possibly B.J. looking sharp early, which is always good to hear.

Let's hope Floyd Can pickup the offensive scheme and excels. I would feel a lot better if through the off season we hear good things about him. We need a back up that can step in, play and give us a chance if the unmentioned should happen. Can you tell I have no confidence in Eveld, until he proves otherwise.

Worrisome is the inability of the offensive line to open any holes for the runners...

The defense is typically always WAY ahead of the O when it comes to the first scrimmage so I'm not to worried about it really. What I do like to hear is Dunk and Freakshow making plays.....

But our defense is always way ahead of our offense. We always have those high scoring green and gold games, like 6-3, 7-3. Exciting affairs.
