Don't care if he is qualified or not. This program has no mojo and the atainment of mojo starts in the local community.

Now that CJL is gone and Leroy has passed (RIP), we need a figure in the athletic building that endears himself to the community with a modicum of sincerity. Right now I feel like everyone in athletics (save for bill McGillis) spends as much time developing their career prospects as they do developing USF athletics.

I'll second that nomination. Woolard has been bust as an AD. The Trustees need to grab this bull by the horn themselves, since Judy Genshaft is ill equipped to make command decisions. Woolard has been the captain of this sinking ship and must go first and well before any coaches.

What makes you think that Lynch or Culpepper would be good ADs?

I don't know if he would be good or not. I was just wondering why the OP thought he would be.

honestly i don't think ADs do anything all that difficult. I guess OOC schedule maybe. that can't be that difficult. coaching searches?? even then we still hired an outside consultant to find a football coach.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
