His penalty certainly was the nail in the coffin. However, I wouldn't go as far as kicking him off the team. He is one of the most talented defensive ends on our team and he is only a Sophomore.

he didn't even have to rush the passer.. when you are rushing 2, you are basically putting warm bodies on the line

I have no doubt he'll carry this one for a while. Like Brad said, it sucks that everyone had to pay. It's the single play that ended up costing us the game.
