We try and win the next game.  There are six regular season and a bowl game left.  This can still be a great season.

It doesn't matter what we do now...win out, and due to our geography and fan support, we will be going to St. Pete or Birmingham most likely...win 3 more games and go 7-5...we will be going to St. Pete or Birmingham. Neither one are bowls that fans here or anywhere give a **** about. We will be in a dying conference that nobody gives a **** about with recruits that no one else game a **** about.

I think at this point we have to say that there might be something wrong with what we've been looking for in recruits over the years.  When you have the same problems with two different head coaches and coaching staffs then you have to look at the players and the entire organization.

What will be most interesting to see is what happens as Skip Holtz's recruits take more prominence on the team.  I still think we're better than the two teams we've lost to on a talent front, but the guys we have don't want to show up for every game because they can't GET UP for every game. 

These are not high motor guys by and large.  They are guys that are very talented but have coasted on their talent through high school.

i am so excited for the future because there are obviously many extremely high perfomers on the USF board who will be multimillionaires soon and will be able to buy us into a great conf and the best OCS.
