I got to give this kid a lot of credit (even after being jacked up like that) for being level-headed enough to get the heck off before he and his teammates over-celebrate. How is putting your hands together to make some sort of symbol or such not illegal? The running back did it when he scored. In the past the NCAA banned the "inside out horns thing".
