I'm in 115 as well, but from the ND ticket thread that Mama posted, it seems like their athletics department has essentially split us into various sections. It's a good way to mitigate how noisy opposing fans can get.

From what I can tell the USF sections are from 115-118 or so.  There were 4k orignal tickets given to USF from ND and we sold out and USF got 1k more.
