It obvious after another terrible season we need committed FOOTBALL players. I'd take a Thor Jozwiak any day before a prima donna.

I occasionally catch some of this kid's comments on twitter. And while those tweets have caused me concern as to whether he will actually attend USF, they certainly have not given any indication that he is a "prima donna."

Maybe this is not the case for you, but I find it difficult to pass judgement on a kid based on so little evidence. But, if I was pressed, my inclination would be that he is tacking this decision reasonably.

I hope he does what is best for him. And I hope that includes attending USF. Because I think he will be a heck of a football player.

Kevin Gidrey ... and he failed.

I'm hoping that remark was sarcastic and not serious.

The whole questioning of Skip not putting anyone from USF in the pros yet wasn't serious, was it?

One would hope not, but I believe it was.

Bivins feels better after USF official

By Corey Long

Much has been made of the commitment status of Gainesville’s four-star defensive back Chris Bivins. The 5-foot-11, 175-pounder committed to South Florida in the spring with his sister, a volleyball player, but in the past few months he’s continued to take official visits.

This past weekend he finally took his official to USF and watched the Bulls fall 6-3 to the Miami Hurricanes in front of a team’s largest crowd of the season.

“It was a good trip, I had a lot of fun and got to see everything I really needed to see,” Bivins added.
