Unless I made a major mistake, that's not his sister. Following the to her facebook, she's already an architecture student at USF and she's from West Palm Beach.

I thought it was his sis, since she has the same last name.

He says she is his cousin.

Still not sure about him. I want him to come to USF but he still seems very open to other opportunities.

Ha. If a comment like that would sway his decision then why would you want him anyway. I think as a fan of my school, its a little ridiculous to have a kid who supposedly is committed, publicly ask and talk about hoping for scholarships from (bigger) schools. Especially those we have beat.

I think it's more ridiculous that you took the tweet so seriously.  ::)

He has been quoted in an article as saying he really wants a UF offer and that he would jump on it

When?  Link would be nice.  He's recruiting for USF.  Why would he do that if he's not solid?

Also doesn't say he "really" wanted a UF offer, in fact he said he would like to get offers from UT and UF. Might just be a point of pride. Also doesn't say anywhere that "he would jump on it". In fact, the only one who say that is where he wants to go is the UF blogger who wrote the piece. Not exactly a credible source. He is a biased party who just assumes everyone wants to go to FL.

I think a number of people just didn't like the fact that he had just committed to us and then came out and basically said we were his fall back and that his dream college was/is:

hopefully that's changed and he's committed to us even if Florida comes calling.

Ugh.  Yeah, I quoted that post and asked that question before I saw that there were more pages.  I love the "previous" link on this forum that takes you to the exact spot you have not read before.  I don't usually assume there are more pages in a recruiting thread.  Anyway, then for whatever reason I was not able to delete my post.  Can we not edit on this subforum?
