What a great month for CJL. Good for him.

Hope he doesn't have sticker shock when he sees the price of real estate out there.....better be glad he got that $2.75 million or whatever.

Nice city...but it is a big jump....I wonder if he would mantain a residence at all in Tampa for his wife and kid (since they both have family here) or if they are "all in". Also, doesn't Jim have an older daughter here somewhere?

I believe he said in an interview a few days ago that he would b selling his house.

Yeah I heard him say that and I would assume he would sell the big house on Harbour Island but I meant would he keep like a smaller condo here?

Yes he does have a 15 year old daughter, Deandra. I don't know if she lives in Tampa.

I was just thinking that with these NFL jobs....since they tend to come and go quite quickly....sometimes, people don't completely transplant everything to their new location.

I believe he has two houses on Harbor Island

It'll stay on here until it becomes a pissing match between pro and anti Leavitt guys.

Hopefully we can get rid of that board alltogether since the case is now closed.

Good luck to him

I dont think there is a board dedicated to that anymore, its all in the "Off the Field" board, unless that is the board you refer to

He has a house on harbour or david island.  Also thought he had a place in new tampa somewhere.  He does have a beach condo.  I believe he had 3 or 4 places total in the area, and some have been for sale.

If I were him, I'd keep the beach condo.  Never know when he might make it back.

Dang, I don't think in another 3 years it'll have the same cachet getting with her.

Well, maybe.
