He's stated already that it is his dream job.  He's from Glen Rock, PA-- if you look at it on google maps, the closest D1A football program is Maryland, so he probably has close ties to the area still and it was the program that he grew up watching.

MARYLAND is his "dream job"?....he said that??  Growing up anywhere in PA wouldn't make him a Maryland fan, right?...Penn State all the way.  I still say it's weird.

First football game he remembers going to was a Md. home game.  Some things stay with you.
