Watching these early games I see no size, no power, and no speed. Basically, I see us going for the donut hole in conference wins this year unless we catcht the rare fluke game. Sorry, not being some naysayer, just putting the words down as I see it.

Considering the closest to a BE team we've beaten has been VCU, it doesn't look promising for anything but a few fluke games .... but you never know. Hopefully, the longer they play together, the better the chances get, but obviously the availability of Gus and Famous will play a factor, also. But that will be few and far between.I'm not expecting many wins in conference this season... which stinks since we have such a good front court, if only we could take advantage of that situation. After all, the opposing team could have an airline accident (think Marshall). Or they could all get the flu, or food poisoning (do we ever provide any of their pregame food to them?). There is also the possibility of injury later in the year and if our opponents are fairly beat up.Seriously though, I think we may win a "few" games but this could be a very long year for Coach Stan Heath.
