For those we can't sell, we should peddle them half price to Clemson fans . . . limit our losses.  GB!

The cost of the unsold tickets should be deducted from the football coaches and athletic director's salaries and bonuses.

Got a text from my son today saying that students get tickets to the game free.

I miss the SBC trips.

We got free hotel and game ticket for the Sun Bowl....but we had to make our own way there!

I'm hoping to at least match 2005.

Anyone have an idea as to what out allotment is  ???

I'm going to take a blind stab and say we will bring between 5K and 8K... I'm hoping for atleast 10,000 Bulls fans but I know that is a long shot.

That 10k is a real long shot considering we can only get 30K in seats at our own place.  Your 5K is closer.

Maybe even less will be there. Tampa has one of the worst economies as a metro area in the country right now. I say 3k tickets sold. I hope to be surprised.

Well I was even puffying up my estimate with 5K... I say that we sell no more then 3,500 seats and the students will take 4,000 seats since the SBC is giving them basically a free ticket and hotel stay. In all that would be 7,500 Bulls with only 3,500 of them paying for their tickets.

Another thing that hurts is the economy and the fact that these tickets are the 2nd most expensive bowl tickets in the Big East. This bowl should cost no more then $30.00 a seat max.

This will not hurt attendance but will hurt those that might buy a ticket just because (souvenir)  or might be apt to donate them.
