All I know is watching our d coordinator I know UL will be blitzing all day.

And that scares the Bejeezus out of me.

Yup, Strong has always been known for aggressive defenses that blitz their faces off and ask questions later and he certainly has brought that philosophy to UL.  Having watched the Cards a couple of times this season our OL and RB's better be on the same page with their blitz pick ups or BJ is going to be in for a looooonnng day.  The cuse backs and OL were just completely crossed up at times and confused by the blitz packages that UL brought Saturday and Nassib was taking some really big shots from players who got free runs at him.  BJ, the OL, and backs better be ready to identify the blitz, pick it up, and get the ball out quickly and hopefully CSH and Fitch have some shuffle passes, screens, draws and other stuff ready to slow down or gash those blitzes.

Yep thats the thing to UL D blitzes from every where to.  I think if Strong could put the kicker in he would have him blitz.

UL -2.5 to -3

Seems more reasonable.  Money's moving in the Villes favor.

Expect to see B.J. in the shotgun more. Syracuse rarely made that adjustment for Nassib and UL's D was teeing off on him.

Yeah I definitley think Charlies D gameplan against Daniels would to put a buch of pressure on him and force him into mistakes.  Would be my guess.

It's going to be critical to get the ground game established and not fall behind too far ...

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
