We have 8 TE's on our roster.

42 Jake Carlton

43 Richard Kelly

44 Tyler Guy

45 Kevin Gidrey

49 Chase Griffiths

85 Andrew Ketchel

88 Andreas Shields

89 Jeff Hawkins

Between the 8 of them, they have two catches. Kelly's catch was actually for 25 yards. Ketchel's was for 2 yds but it was a TD. Maybe we should design a few more plays for these guys. Otherwise it seems to be a waste of **** good scholarship money to have them standing around. I realize that they are also blocking for razzle  dazzle Daniels, but imagine how surprised the defense would be if we threw someone over the middle a ball or two. The middle of the field is always wide open for us because everyone knows we don't throw there.

Shields had the last TE catch in the UF game.

In all seriousness, our offense is so effective when B.J. rolls and throws short to a TE or RB. We saw that a couple of times last night for nice gains.

I think TE is a weakness for us...

Gidrey is a great blocking TE and the rest are either blocking or receiving TEs...

We don't have anyone with a good mix of both.

Gidrey seemed to catch that ball just fine.  14 yards too.  I don't see a problem here.  Some of you guys just like to complain.
