Wow, pass me some of what you guys are smoking.  If Miami can shut down Deon Lewis, Mo Plancher won't get anything done against that D.  BJ will be running for his life again.  6/16 against UM last year.  Sound familiar?  

On a side note:  It must suck to be a Pitt fan.  All that talent and The Stache can't coach his way out of a wet paper bag.  

Everyone has shut Lewis down so far!

Apparently his O-line has challenges with giving him space.  It seemed from what little I watched they were penetrating the line and getting access to the back before he was able to spot the hole or follow the block.

If that is the case, it looks like without a passing game Pitt is a one-dimensional team.  Shut down the run and they have problems moving the ball.  Sound familiar.

We are going to have our work cut out for us with both teams...I have a feeling the U won't be going through some of the growing pains UF did against us...if we end up taking the BE title and go to a BCS game and a team like Boise St. or TCU doesn't because of their conference...there is going to be a media **** storm over how college football needs a playoff system because of our weak conference this year.

no the sad thing will be if we go to a BCS game and don't get to play a tradition power and play a TCU or Boise State and get the crap kicked out of us.

With Miami we will. Pitt looks awful now and they have a ton of issues on both sides of the ball, especially on D with 2 good starters out for when they pay here. I think we should beat them here.

The Big East looks terrible this year.  Pitt looked terrible last night.  I hope we can do what WV has done for the last few years, that is - save the credibility of the conference.
