If so, that's going to be another very hot game.

Oct. 9th in Tampa, will be no way as hot as hogtown was on Sept 11.

I personally hate noon games. Never missed one, but still hate them.

They announce it Oct 1st.

Not sure where you're getting your date from, but September 27 is the latest date that they should announce the game time by.

True, but still. The 08 Cuse game was a roaster. I had to get Mrs. S out of the sun before the end of the first quarter. A friend of mine had to be hospitalized from heat exhaustion.

I love them, especially later in the season. Its fun to get out there early, start cooking breakfast and slowly gearing up for the game.

It would be fun if not for the crappy tailgating rules... don't they cut back on the hours for nooners from 5 hours to 4  ???

Anyone know why the Big East GOTW is always a nooner?  Does it have to be?  What a silly time-slot for a conference that is on the east coast.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22
