A school of our size, in the state of Florida, and a helluva marketable coach would not be left out of conference realignment. I rest easy knowing that whatever becomes of the Big East, USF will land in a soft place. But I agree, if the B10 takes three Big East schools (Syracuse, Rutgers, and Pitt), USF and WVU are headed for the ACC.

LOLThose 2 are logical SEC choices though. Clemson has a good SEC style fanbase. We all know about FSU's following. FSU is probably the only Florida school UF would be okay with letting in anyways. tampabull Posted April 20, 2010 Group: Member Topic Count: 0 Content Count: 771 Reputation: 2 Days Won: 0 Joined: 11/30/2009 Share Posted April 20, 2010 There have been rumors circulating that the SEC has offered FSU and Clemson to join the SEC. JP on his afternoon show also mentioned it. This could be the start of a snowball effect that could alter the makeup of several conferences. If FSU and Clemson join the SEC, and the Big Ten raids the Big East, USF could be in play to join the ACC, which would be great for the Bulls, closer travel for all sports and warmer weather for football. woolard better make a push for the acc if this is true

Don't know why they would want Vandy. Maybe to boost up the bball league and academic standing of the conference.... Even if the ACC adds 2 more teams now, first is WVU then Louisville

They wouldn't even look at WVU or Louisville because of this in 2003-2004.Duke, Virginia, Wake Forest, and UNC made it a requirement for them to agree.909 - so long as we're in that range any ACC expansion inclusion will be unlikely.
