This team is playing themselves out of the tournament. Pretty sad when you play unmotivated when the stakes are so high. Heath deserves to tear them apart in the locker room.

Bad half. St Johns has outplayed us. Almost 60% shooting by St Johns, outrebbounding us almost 2-1. We have taken 10 three point shots and nothing inside from our big men.

They better wake up and play hard in second half or get ready for NIT

Well...a typical game so far from any USF sthletics team in a big game. The star player doesn't really dominate as expected or needed and the team comes out flat and not ready to play. Not surprised by this at all.

We have been a good second half team for most of the year. As Vega said, we will see if they really want to be a tourney team or not. Jones needs to back up all his talk so far this year with a big second half. He has done it most of the year.

This is bad as the team has looked since Central Michigan.

The only good news is that St John's normally allows teams to make huge runs against them. However if the USF defense doesn't improve then the Johnnies won't go into an offensive slump. Hard to slump when you are attempting nothing but layups.
