:stfu Some of us are awake  and know what is really going on. I equate it to Leavitt starting a small fire with 2 sticks which was going to merely burn his hands but McTurdy and DUImig threw a couple of gasoline cans on the fire.  When your enemies are celebrating what happened or are advocating it, what does that tell you?

Leave the confines of the Bulls Pen, other coaches are getting fired, one for sending a player with a concussion to a dark shed. Zero tolerance for violating school policy, especially for employees with big contracts that say they know and abide by the rules.

did Brett ad DUImig throw gas on the fire? Or did Jim make a catatropic mistake by not apologizing allowing the story to get to Brett and then trying to manipulate the investigation.  Talk about looking guilty.

plus if the story was broken by Auman it would have been more than merely burning his hands.  But i truly believe this could have been all avoided if Leavitt would have just manned up to Miller when he did the right thing and went to talk to him instead of thinking his is bigger than the program.  Kicked himself in his own ass.

That one was cut and dried, Leach practically admitted as much.  USF's situation had many conflicting reports and those touting its truth are known to disparage the university.  Not all of us who think something smells wrong were big Leavitt fans.

I would have believed it if someone credible like Auman had broken the story and there were no conflicting reports.  Auman has no history of making up crap.

So the kid's dad gets the story out. The kid DOESN'T want Leavitt fired. And btw, the witnesses did not change their story, nor the students Miller initially told the story to either. So the center of the story changes what happens, and Leavitt's view of what happened, was confirmed BY NO ONE, EVER. Is this is mystery? Get the coach fired, kicked off the team? Hmmm, I would probably change my story too.
