I feel sick today...

We've all become very spoiled over the past few years, failing to realize how quickly this program has risen into the spotlight.

CJL is USF football and I can't imagine us hiring a coach who will do a better job (esp in terms of recruiting underrated talent). Expect a regression.

No other coach will be as dedicated to this program.  Its a sad day for the USF sports community.  Thanks for growing USF football from infancy to early adulthood Coach Leavit.

Thank you for pouring your heart and soul into this team coach! First memory of seeing leavitt was when I was driving around campus the first day i moved into my dorms and driving past the baseball fields and noticing the crappy trailers parked out past the left field fence and seeing leavitt out there talking to a player or coach. We came a long way under him and I appreciate everything he did to get us here.

Now time to turn the page and move up the college football mountain.

USF Football is Jim Leavitt and the program will never have the same intensity or focus as it did under him...

Despite allegations, Coach will have a huge memorial in the USF Hall of Fame. Thanks for an amazing ride Coach.

Thank you Jim Leavitt, you took us from nothing to D-1A ball and lead us to some amazing victories and memories.  I will never forget what you have done.  I wish you continued success.
