No way you can rectify this situation with any other means but firing the guy.  In a non-sexiest way, never ever get accused of abuse with an established woman boss.  Women do not put up with this crap. 

I think CJL saw the writing on the wall too.

Lubbock Texas or Tampa Florida.  You can't win the Big 12 South at T. Tech anyways.  No chance you are beating OU and Texas.

Would have lots of positives:

- Solid head coaching experience in a tougher place to win than USF

- Some continuity with current staff and administration

- Excellent Florida recruiting ties

- Keeps USF a defensive minded school

- Best chance of not using USF as springborad of any legit contender

- High integrity guy

- Not out of control, but high energy

As a Hawkeye alumni too, Dan would be a great fit, he single handily turned ISU around and then was let go for Chizik because he was a hot dotter.  Gene Chizik drove the program back into the ground.  DanyMac would be a huge get and he would take us to the next level.  He is also a product of Hayden Fry just like Levitt

Based on the track record of USF making underwhelming O-Coordinator choices, I'm guessing we'll be seeing Head Coach Joe Tresey next year.

Our salary pool is about $3million including assistants.  Mac will be about $1million.  Tuberville will be at least $2mil.
