They were ranked in November not September...hard to make the overated case.....you can make the case for several of your top 25 wins if someone wanted to put up a negative spin

Thanks....a nerve racking but fun game to watch...our receivers had a great day and the defense played w some attitude....UCF can be consistantly good if we can ever recruit and develop a QB(Hodges developed at Wake)

A team ranked late in the season means nothing. USF was ranked a few days ago yet we were not a Top 25 team, and neither was houston-- their defense is terrible.

As for a Top 25 wins in years past let's see how a few of them finished their season:

The Ville 2005 finished in Top 25

WVU 2006 finished in Top 15

Auburn 2007 finished in Top 25

WVU 2007 finished in Top 5

Kansas 2008 finished in Top 25

Anyway, enjoy your win over a mid-major.

Well Houston is still ranked 22 in the Coaches and 24 in the AP that came out today :)

Glad to see Houston exposed.  I don't care that it was at the hands of UCiF.  Sooner or later somebody was gonna beat them.  They're right there with the other imposters in the Top 25 that have no conference schedule to speak of.
