Nice to move up  bit in a bye week.

The bias is showing no for USC. They jumped Boise State without even playing.

The bias is showing no for USC. They jumped Boise State without even playing.

It's not so much a bias for USC as it is a bias against Boise State. They weren't gonna move up, the coaches made sure of it. They'll likely continue to get jumped, even by teams with bye weeks, unless everybody in front of them loses

We're the lowest ranked unbeaten. The next closest is Kansas at 15.

TCU is at no.8 with no significant wins

TCU is at no.8 with no significant wins

Well there is definately a bias against us but we have deserved it based on what we did the last two seasons. I believe if we beat Cincy then we should get a good bump. Only then do I think "they" will think we are legit.

I find it interesting that even with 2 losses and losses yesterday, UCLA, Michigan & Stanford are still receiving votes.

we do not have any significant wins...they started the season ranked

What I find funny is that if (and I think we will) beat Cincy this week we will have two ranked opp wins and will be 6-0 and prob still barely in the top 15. I get the early hesitation b/c of our past collapse but this is a new season. Ranking should be based on what you have done this year not what you did with other teams. Hell you have BYU ahead of us with one loss and one win vs a ranked team. BTW that loss was a thumping at home vs a team we beat at their house.

I really hope as the season goes on this fixes itself and we still keep winning. Or we will be extremely screwed come bowl season.
