First snap was only six feet over his head resulting in a Gopher fumble recovery. However, it really should have been a delay of game penalty. The Gophers lucked out... and the Cuse still suck!

He looks scared to death to take a hit.

Kid needs to take a lick to get in the game.

I actually think he looks pretty good.  Just threw a 25 yd td to Williams and seems to be pretty under control.  I agree - i can't remember the last time I actually saw people in the carrier dome.  Unreal.  Clearly better than the guys they had.

I agree, he looks pretty good.

Missed the wide open receiver on the last drive, but he picked up the blitz and made the right read, just was a little too conservative trying to get the ball out on the side lines and over threw.

I really hope the 'cuse can win this one. The Big East needs it. It's going to blow if they lose it on the bad snap to start the game.

syracuse looks good so far, down by one. i stand by what i said so far in an earlier thread that the bulls need to be on upset alert on 10/3

Cuse is looking pretty good right now.

not sure how good Minnesota is supposed to be, but even if the Gophers are Big Televen bottom-feeders this year it would still be pretty cool if our BEast bottom-feeder could beat their bottom feeder.

i'm really liking the Cuse playcalling.  they look sharp.  i have no problem with Cuse succeeding, as long as we continue to spank the **** out of them year in and year out.

this is why you dont play 1aaa team to start the season

it is much better playing a team that is more on par with your talent level

Like Southern California playing San Jose State. Very even matchup there.

careful what you say there.  smazza will argue that for USC to play a team on par with their talent they would need to play on Sundays
