South FloridaRelative strengths: Quarterback, Defensive LineRelative weaknesses: Offensive Line, Running BackWhat to watch for on offense: The growth of QB Matt Grothe. Every staff member in Tampa is labeling the quarterback a new man, who's finally become a better student of the game. Let's see it.What to watch for on defense: The defensive line. George Selvie is the headliner, but he's hardly a solo act. Just about everyone is back from last season, which means South Florida will be home to one of the nation's nastiest front fours. Most have us as 3rd or 4th in the BE and around 40 in rankings. It is appropriate given our questionable OL and now PK concerns. Do I think we can move into the top 25, yes (especially given our weak first 3 opponents). Do we deserve it now, no - nothing indicates we should be there. I suspect they have not put as much time into their research of the BE as they should have, or maybe did for the other conferences.
Guest
I agree Incredibull... and even at 3-0 we shouldn't be ranked. UCF could go 3-0 against our first three opponents.

Supposing that the line gels quickly, performs well enough to open some holes and give MG just a little bit of time, I think that #25 isn't a bad place to put us.
