I don't know the name of the women who is  occasionally on the show alongside Skip Bayless but she was wearing a USF necktie. At the end of the show, they asked her about it and she said something along the lines that she is supporting the Bulls this week against Louisville and the other guy (not skip bayless) said I have a good friend who graduated from South Florida so go Bulls..

Firsttake replays again at 12 so you guys can watch it on ESPN 2

If it was Lisa Salters she is the sister of former Bull Jesse Salters and is African American.

She's about as African as I am Irish.  She's just an American.  In terms of descriptors I think black is a legitimate and obvious term.  A lot of people from Africa are also white.  So, African American is not necessarily as descriptive.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22
