when is the bookstore moving over?

KB, I think the bookstore is staying as is. At least that's what I thought, I could be wrong.

I see.  I thought all of the old Marshall center was coming down.

Yup. It's a little confusing because at first glance it seems that the bookstore is a part of the old MC due to the shared entrance rotunda, but if you really take a closer look at it, you can see how it can survive as a stand-alone building. I remember being a little confused by this also..

Seems like they've also launched the new MC website. Haven't gotten the chance to poke around in it yet, but here it is...

The website still needs a few tweeks, but it's ok.  This is the best part of the new Marshall Center though:

Well, I said I couldn't wait, and I was right. I darted straight here after work and am now walking around while typing this on my phone.

This place is amazing. Doesn't even feel like the same school. Live music, huge crowd, this place is electric.

I'm off to do some more exploring...
