Finally USF Billboards

This summer, there will be 18 billboards across the Tampa area, featuring Grothe, All-America defensive end George Selvie and coach Jim Leavitt. There's even a digital number on Hillsborough Avenue (0.6 miles east of Race Track Road, north side, facing west), that rotates between all three of them.

Applause to the marketing dept but could you guys think about reaching outside of the Bay area...like Lakeland, home of Matt Grothe!

I agree on getting outside Tampa, but last year they had the ultimate, the billboard going north at Malfunction Junction.  That was awsome to drive by everyday.

I agree, that was awesome. Let's hope its one of the three Greg said they're getting later.

So much great publicity last year, I personally can't wait to step outside of the Stetson campus just north of downtown and see the top of the SunTrust in brilliant green and gold. I loved that last year.

The one that's supposedly going in on Hillsborough (west of Racetrack) is a VERY visible digital sign.  You can see it from over a mile away.  I haven't been by it recently to see if they've programmed the new USF stuff into it but it should be a nice one.
