Electronic one on Hillsborough just east of Race Track Road (and over county line from Pinellas). Problem is it rotates between ads (USF, Horse Track, WTSP, some bank, and some educational firm).  Out of the past 10 times I drove by it, only seen the USF one up through my rear view mirror. 

It is CJL with the bulls hand sign.  Cool, but doesn't get enough of the air time.  I hope they pay less to "share" the billboard.  They are not reaching as many people as they'd like as it seems like it is never the one on when I drive by and trust me, I am looking....
