O'Leary will be released as the scapegoat...maybe rightfully so...this story is going to have a bad/sad ending.  You can just feel it.

Strange ending?

From a story about a week old in the Orlando Sentinel:

UCF wide receiver Ereck Plancher died on March 18, and so far the university has released three pages of public records directly related to what happened and says it doesn't plan to release anything else.

...

Attorneys from UCF's general counsel's office have interviewed players, but the school has no plans to reveal what was said, according to spokesman Grant Heston.

...

So why would public universities in the same state take different approaches after an athlete has died? Is it best for a school to make its research available to the public, as FSU did, and UF and USF did to a much lesser degree? Or is it best to collect information and keep most of it secret, as UCF has?

...

In recent weeks, UCF officials have faced a similar decision. So far, they have taken the opposite course, a direction that brings more questions than answers.

Guess it will be up to the Orlando Sentinel to solve this one.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
