I don't understand how UCF fans can still stand behind him.  The Plancher case is proof enough that he needs to go.  However, the UCF masses don't care how he treats players so long as they get their wins.

Sorry for the thread. I was just frustrated on how we played them back in Oct. That was the game that changed the way I felt about Jim and lack of coaching ability.

I haven't liked him for a couple years but as long as he gets at least 7 wins, it's going to be hard to get rid of him....and I don't say this b/c he got outcoached last night...just his overall inability to adjust and him never taking responsibility for a Loss...it's always the 'players fault' :cry2

I noticed that when I first moved to Orlando.  Every loss was the players' fault.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
