Not saying it was all his fault, but that guy seems to lose focus during some games, because of the way he loses control on the sidelines, with that said, the players pick up on that & in turn lose focus as their HC loses focus.

Fascinating....Are you a sports psychologist?

Nah, I just play one on this message board. You tell me, how many times have you seen Leavitt lose it on the sidelines? Personally, in all three games I watched USF play this year, Leavitt had a meltdown in each one. It's not cute, it's disturbing. Also, don't say that Leavitt doesn't lose it, if you do then you have some serious denial.

What's even better is watching the media trying to talk to him after a loss.  I have a 6 year old cousin with more maturity and poise.

He's like that every game...

I wouldn't call it a meltdown.  I would call it intensity and passion for the game.  That's how he illustrastres it.

C'mon, the guy sprints up and down the field before games.

Ever seen him during a win?  How about the weekly press conference?

Not much of a difference.

I think meltdown is bit of a biased embellishment. I see an emotional coach ..... like Gruden. There all types of coaches that are successful in their respective fields. To make a big deal out of it shows your naivete to the sports world.

True, after the WVU win, he could barely make coherent words.  Everything was horribly slurred.

Just calling it how it is.  He's not very media friendly after a loss.

He's not media friendly... PERIOD.  Win, tie, lose... he's the same.  That's just how he is.

Remember the win at WVU in '06?  I know all the UCFers were watching as there were 12 threads on the subject after the win on your board.

He's a very emotional guy and he showed it after the win.

What does O'liar say when they get destroyed?  He throws the whole team under the bus.  Remember his... "look at the mirror" comment?

Surprisingly, after the USF game this year, he said he didn't prepare the team.  The man looked flat out defeated.
