What Howard did with Miami and Louisville, and now trying to do with FAU, proves that what CJL is trying to do with USF is possible. I will be rooting for the Owls tonight against Memphis.http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/columns/story?columnist=forde_pat&id=3164664&sportCat=ncf&lpos=spotlight&lid=tab4pos1

Honestly, to me, what CJL has done with USF proves that what Schnelly is trying to with FAU is possible ...I will be rooting for the Owls tonight against Memphis. HS has admitted Leavitt's work guided HIS at FAU, not vice versa...

HS did visit CJL, but the whole idea of Florida Speed and building a wall around florida (specifically dad-broward) was HS. CJL probably would tell you that if anyone could start a program it would be HS (snyder) being there also.

However, he gives credibility to that program, as well as publicity and is a good fundraiser. A young program needs all of that. We were lucky to LRS do that for us early on. That's a record" or whateverHad we gotten a bowl game in 2002 that we should have-- we would have done the same feat in only 6 years.thanks again CUSA
