When did it fly over, i dont remember a plane.

right after the national anthem

During the Top Gun theme .... I assume.

During the Top Gun theme .... I assume.

actually just before it.  it does seem like it was timed wrong.  it should of either happened DURING the anthem or DURING the Top Gun theme...not inbetween

I was in the student section and all I could see was the lights from the plane, I could barely see the plane itself.

It was a c130 from Alabama... they had the crew on the field during the 4th quarter.

Flew over after the anthem and when they replayed it on the Jumbotron they played the Top Gun theme.

Should NEVER have a fly over DURING the anthem; it is after the anthem.

..and on a semi-related note.

IF you ask everyone to stand and sing the alma mater,

    and ask everyone to stand for the national anthem,

      don't ask veterans to stand and be recognized (tribute to veterans day) in the same breath.

At that point in time, the entire stadium is already standing.

I never saw/heard any actual aircraft. I saw a C-130 on the jumbotron and wondered what that had

to do with the 'Top Gun' music.

I assume coordinating all of the visuals and periphery is a pretty involved task. And, a C130

flying at night...hmmmmmm....not one of the better visuals if you're looking up into the lights.  8)

I know at Jordan Hare, we've had a couple of helicopter flyovers.  Now thats cool, i don't care who you are.

I noticed it before it was even near Ray Jay...  We've been asking for a fly over all season and we finally got one.  I thought it was pretty cool.
