most of the people there don't care and are casual fans at best.  It is entertainment for most people, and they had enough (either were pleased enough or frustrated enough) that they decided to leave.

here's some food for thought-- the Louisville fans left the game in far greater numbers percentage-wise than Bulls fans early on. Somewhat due to the blowout score at halftime but if they were road warriors-- wouldn't they stick around?

My guess is many of them live in Tampa-- I've seen them show up in large numbers for home basketball games here.

People showed up to see a football game not a smack down. It wasn't competitive at all. Of course people are going to leave early.

I can say that the last couple plays were very loud in the students section...

And the weather yesterday seemed to have caught some by suprise... People were leaving shivering when we were up big in the late 4th...

And its about our fans

Why do they have to vacate early? Drives me nuts. These kids bust their asses all year long and get 6 home games. The least we could do is stay for an entire game win or lose.

That's it....

dont ever come to a sporting event in los angeles

I guess the question people should ask is this:

Are you there to support your team or just see if they are going to win?

Then ask yourself this: It is senior night. These kids busted their ass for 4-5 years. They are playing in their last game at home. It would be nice to give them a standing ovation when they are done.

I guess getting to your car and getting out of the parking lot is more important.

people putting down their money for a ticket is  pretty respectful too me

you ARE in a dream world if you think people will wait until end of a blow out to give  standing ovation

Not looking to argue but those are all excuses...cold come on its freaking Tampa

This isn't the only game fans have left early...it happened against cincy and many other home games

Would expect it more in pro sports but not at college games

Maybe I'm in the minority but I always stay to the end

You would just think it would be respectful to stick around for the kids that bust their tails all year long for 6 home games

I think alot of it had to do with the the fact that the game was decided early in 2nd, the game seemed to go in slow mo(I think it was already 3 hours in during the start the third) cause of injuries and the later it was getting, the colder people were getting. I admit I left midway through the 4th....but I had to line up something for later on if you know what i mean lol.

In other words, he was afraid the stage seats would be taken and the Mons
