usf will not be 9-3

havent you seen last 3 games

2 close losses on the road, 1 close loss at home after giving up 31 first quarter points.

Apparently you haven't seen the last 3 games. Especially considering 2 of our games are against the conference's two worst teams, and Louisville's defense is weak so our offense will probably have their best game of the year against them.

At worst we finish 8-4, which is what I predicted anyway before the season but I didn't expect 4 conference losses.

I would geek out for the Gator Bowl especially if it was against FSU but I think that is too good to be true.

2 close losses where our defense played like a Pop Warner team against the run and where our QB was extremely sack and turnover prone. it's a miracle we kept it close the way we played.

The Gator Bowl is not taking a Big East team this year....they are taking a Big 12 team and an ACC team.  They have a contract to take a big 12 team 2 of the next 3 years, and with 3 Big 12 teams in the top 10, thats who they are taking...

Playing Clemson would be an intriguing matchup also.

But based on proximity, Im thinkin FSU

We aren't going to the Gator Bowl, they aren't going to force themselves to take 2 Big 12 teams the next 2 years.

It's a matter of logistics.

Only problem is that this year the Gator Bowl is 90% most likely to take  a Big 12 team.

Well maybe.  However - Orange bowl may take Mizzou?

Got this prediction "right" about 10 days ago.  The venue is the only thing up for grabs.

J'ville or Charlotte.  FSU must beat Maryland today to advance though.  Same for Bulls.....not to worry there b/c Bulls gain some GUTS

44 - 21

If FSU wins today or at UF they will accept an invite to the Champs Sports Bowl. They are not going to Jax or Charlotte.

With UVA, Clemson, VT Available and the fact that they already played a game in Jax this year the Gator Bowl has basically dropped FSU from a possibility.
