If FSU wins today or at UF they will accept an invite to the Champs Sports Bowl. They are not going to Jax or Charlotte.

With UVA, Clemson, VT Available and the fact that they already played a game in Jax this year the Gator Bowl has basically dropped FSU from a possibility.

Do you still say the Gator Bowl isn't taking a BE team this year, because it looks like their B12 option is a 7-5 Texas Tech.  They would pass on a 9-3 BE team for a 7-5 TT??

BTW, how many fans do you think TT would bring to Jax?

The only way they take a B12 team is if they decide to forgo this years game for the sake of the next 2 years and suck it up and take a lower level B12 team.

Depends on who the ACC opponent is. If Clemson, then they go Big 12.

It's just really hard to believe they would corner themselves with a Big 12 team for the next two years.

You never know though. I don't like our chances, but it is a possibility.

I don't have it but there was a Newark newspaper article saying the Sun Bowl was talking to Rutgers which leads me to believe it's anyone's guess right now.
