They talked about this on their "face off" segment and Bianchi over course was his usual moron self.  Todd Wright made all the right points (no pun intended)

he talked about how this game isnt good for USF because there isn't much to gain from playing UCF.

he mentioned a lot of schools d-1 schools that are close together and hardly ever play each other.

That time Bianchi got beat down by Todd Wright on that face off. Bianchi tried to bring up the sold out stadium argument only to have Wright mention that USF already sold out WVU and more than likely UC and UL games this year. So, he basically said that Bianchi and UCF fans cant use attendence for the reason both should play.

Haley(Q): Do you think the annual USF/UCF game will continue after the contract between USF and the C-USA is over this year?

Whit_Watson(A):  O'Leary wants it, Leavitt is less interested. That's what they said at media days this summer. It's a great game for UCF but less so for USF, which wants to distance itself from UCF and its non-BCS conference. Strength of schedule and all that. Now, if UCF joins a BCS conference someday... game on.
