Fly By???

Does it not seem stupid that we have MacDill Air Force Base so close to the stadium, but we have still yet to have a fly by to start the game???

I guess if we want a flyover by KC-135s or C37s, we could get them to come out of MacDill, but that's about it. MacDill is more of a command center than a real service base. If we wanted fighters, they would come from Eglin or Homestead AFB...

The NOAA Hurricane Hunters also fly out of MacDill... did a Bucs flyover a year or two back.

I've never seen or heard of a night fly-by ..... Doesn't meant there haven't been any.

There was a fly by at the UF game last night.

Looked crazy they turned on the after burners as they went over so you could see the glow as they flew away.
