We all saw that after the game winning td, Matt tore off his helmet and ran towards the endzone. My understanding was that since the td ended the game it didn't matter.

In checking out Shoop's vid of the game tying fg, it appears the first Bull off the field to the left takes off his helmet. Is this no longer a penalty or is it only a penalty if you do it in anger? If we got away with something there I hope the coaches are making **** sure everyone knows that's a no-no .... Can you imagine if that had been called on us there???    :o

I believe that's a penalty if there is still time on the clock and you are not in a timeout situation.

Whoever that was ran off the field so fast that the refs didn't turn around and see them until they were already on the sideline.

Actually, it looks like there's a ref looking in his direction ...... last seen, he is walking over towards our bench.

For what it's worth, a few auburn players did this after the FG block, or one of the misses...I wondered why they weren't flagged at the time.

game is over there fore no penality can be given.  however, i bet the ref's probably went over to CJL just to point it out to him for future reference.

This was the field goal to tie the game. That game was NOT over at this time.

The play I'm talking about, and replayed up there, is the game tying field goal ....
