My understanding was that since the td ended the game it didn't matter. In checking out Shoop's vid of the game tying fg, it appears the first Bull off the field to the left takes off his helmet. Is this no longer a penalty or is it only a penalty if you do it in anger? If we got away with something there I hope the coaches are making **** sure everyone knows that's a no-no .... Can you imagine if that had been called on us there??? Here's the vid (Rated PG-13 for language). I couldn't find a better shot of that player on my recording....
