Here is why Syracuse didn't get in...............

Because they never left NY to play a non-conf ROAD GAME!

That's why.

If you look at all the teams that got in late...most of them either have good non-conf road wins...or a tough non-conf road loss.

'Cuse has neither.

First time 'Cuse left the State of NY this past season was on Jan 6th...for a Big East game at Marquette.

'Cuse played 12 non-conf home games in their Dome in Nov/Dec.

They took a short bus ride to play Canisius in Buffalo...then played only one other non-conf game outside of 'Cuse...on the friendly court at Madison Square Garden vs Oklahoma St (i.e. home game 'Cuse).

'Cuse has always played 99% non-conf games at home...but normally still got into the NCAA's.

Believe the NCAA just sent 'Cuse a message...JUMP ON A PLANE AT LEAST ONE TIME in Nov or Dec!

That's why 'Cuse did not get in....and not some committee conspiracy.

PS. When asked a question yesterday on ESPN Radio by Doug G about not traveling at all for non-conf road games....all Jimmy B could mention was that they played at Michigan St once in 2003!!!

2003!!!

That's why 'Cuse didn't get in.
