It's what you do with the TOs that count. We did nothing with Cuse's and Cuse abused our TOs.

I'm sorry it seems like every football, basketball, soccer, or sailing event was lost because of the refs. There are bad calls and there were last night. However WE LOST BY 17.

We couldn't hit shots or control the ball while they could...fouls or not. Refs do NOT decide 17 point games...

One sided officiating caused our guys to lose their poise especially while G'berry was gitin' his noggin' fixed after being boned in the forehead w/no foul being called which I think is amazing.  Howard's lazy intentional foul for a 'Cuse three point play sums up the team's frustration.  Before that the 'Cuse front court abuses USF's and then Mattis gets called on a phantom foul?  He eventually fouled out.  Second half officiating was terrible and was 30-40% the reason for the loss.  Sloppy TO's and the inability to defend the three is the rest.  Howard was off last nite IMO.

There were phantom calls on both sides, you guys only see it when it hurts USF.  Quit whining about it.  Geez, if UCF would be doing this against us in football you guys would be tearing them apart over it.

The refs weren't great, but it's not even CLOSE to being the reason we lost the game...

True, but they did take the game away from us by allowing our best player to be abused to the point where he had to leave the game twice in crucial stretches. We certainly did not see any consistency on the calls down low, especially in the second half.

17 Points...at what point does that not get into people's heads. If officials are causing a team to lose poise then that's an even bigger problem.

I'm sorry officials did not cost us the game, Gansberry played more minutes than he averaged this season. And while it was a crappy shot, it wasn't a foul that would have swung the momentum through the gate.

Cuse did start really pulling away until about the 5-6 minute mark when Nichols hit that big 3 pointer.

Like I said losing by 17 and only scoring 7 points in the last 10 minutes did this team in MUCH more than the officials. Whether you WANT to believe that is up to you.

You guys whining about the refs make you sound like 12 year old girls.  We got beat by a better team.  That is the only thing that needs to be said.

No ****...A single digit loss, possibly, but you can't lay a 17 pt loss on officiating.

No, they did not cost us the game, but they did prevent us from having a chance. How do we know momentum would not have swung our way if Gransberry was still in the game? He was killing them inside all night. To not even call something so blatant is a joke. He and McHugh were hacked numerous times in the second half and nothing was called, while on the other end we get called for pretty ticky tack fouls. No consistency on the calls whatsoever.

Hilarious.

The excuses just keep on getting worse. I think it's March Sadness kicking in.

So, who's happy with all of this years progress?

So your saying our team scoring 7 points and having several costly turnovers didn't "prevent us from having a chance" in the last 10 minutes.

The officiating was not good, but it was a 17 point game. Please name another 17 point loss in NCAA history that was decided by the officials.

If this were a close game, yes, I'd be ******** right next to you...but Cuse left no doubt that they were the better team.
