TBYP? I never said that CJL would BECOME the Bucs coach. I just mentioned the possibility of him being considered......now everyone's having a cow. So you mean to tell me that if Gruden was fired, the Glazers would not at least consider the idea of CJL for coach? If you say no, you're BULL$hitting yourself. i must be bullshitting my self.Is CRM off to the Magic? Coach Prado off to the Rays?

I hope they get Dungy's asistant.

Maybe it is wishful thinking on my part, but I would like to think that when he said he wants to retire as USF's head coach, he means it.

It makes TONS of sense to fire a coach with a WINNING all time record and SUPER BOWL RING with YOUR TEAM.Actually, I hope Tampa Bay does can Gruden. Then they can get all new coaching staff, a new system, and draft erraticly. That would be great for my Philadelphia Eagles, one less playoff team to worry about.Let's put it this way: Firing Gruden would be stupider than firing Schotty, a move that about 80% of people think was a bad idea. What exactly is the knock on Gruden? He can't win with an EXTREMELY spotty QB and a team plagued by injury? If the Steelers pulled crap like this they wouldnt have made the playoffs 2 years ago, let alone added a ring.I don't get why this is even being considered an option. If you're not playing madden and willing to buy Bill Belichick off the Pats, this would be one of the most ridiculous firings ever, and we've already seen one in the past week.
