If we play like we played today, I think we could take 5 of those games. And if we do that, I think Mac keeps his job

I would say unless he needs to beat every team execpt for Notre Dame to keep his job.

That would bring his all-time record in Big East play to what.....10-22?

Even if Woolard keeps him after that, he should be nominated for charitable man of the year.....if not worst AD of the year.

If he were to win every game but ND. He deserves to come back.

I really think he needs to beat ND, He needs that "Big ONE"

If he can beat ND and get through the rest of the schedule with 1 loss he is allowed to come back

Its going to take winning at least 3 probably 4 of those games to get to the big east tourney.  Doesn't matter what 4, but if we play the way we did sunday... there isn't a game left we CAN'T win... the question is will we.

To make the big east tourney, it looks like 5 conference wins will be neccessary, and maybe 6 ???.  I believe last year it was 4.

Make the tourney, he'll be back... don't... ??? then it becomes a question of money.

I think this last game is going to have positive affect the rest of the way.  Our guys thought we could compete with the top teams... now we know we can, as long as we give everything we've got... we can do it.

8 games left... we can win 4 and probably get the Big East Tourney bid.

I think we can win 5.

Last year it took 6. I think it will take 6-7 to get to MSG, the Big East is just an average league this year with a lot of parity, with 4 teams with 3 wins and 8 games left and UConn sitting there with 2 wins 7 might be the number we need to target.

Pittsburgh 7-1 19-3

Marquette 6-2 19-4

Georgetown 5-2 15-5

Louisville 5-2 15-6

Notre Dame 5-3 17-4

West Virginia 5-3 16-4

Syracuse 4-3 15-6

Providence 4-3 14-6

Villanova 3-4 14-6

St. John's 3-5 12-9

Seton Hall 3-5 11-9

DePaul 3-5 12-10

Connecticut 2-5 13-7

South Florida 2-6 11-11

Rutgers 2-6 9-12

Cincinnati 1-5 10-10

At this point in the venture, at least 90%. Plus don't forget the "butts-in-the-seat factor." Money talks. If we win the 90%, butts will be here...I hope!!!

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
